CableMaster’s Code of Conduct, which applies to all employees as well as to its Board of Directors, provides specific guidance as to the Company’s expectations. The Code is reinforced by a training program, and an established process by which employees can report suspected legal and ethical issues, and do so anonymously if they so choose.

Violations of the provisions of the Code will subject employees to discipline, potentially up to and including termination of employment.
